Ingredients
- 1–2 tablespoons candle wax (plain white or paraffin, unscented)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or mustard oil/olive oil)
- A few drops of vitamin E oil (optional)
Instructions
- Grate or scrape out some plain candle wax into a small heatproof bowl.
- Place the bowl over a pot of hot water (double boiler) and gently melt the wax.
- Once melted, add the coconut oil (or your chosen oil) and mix well until you have a smooth paste.
- Allow it to cool until lukewarm but still spreadable.
- Wash and dry your feet thoroughly, then apply a thick layer of the mixture over the cracked areas of your heels.
- Wear clean cotton socks and leave it on overnight.
- Rinse off with warm water the next morning and gently scrub with a pumice stone if needed.
This mixture forms a thick protective barrier that locks in moisture, softens rough skin, and helps reduce cracks quickly.
