Ingredients

  • 7–10 whole cloves
  • 5 garlic cloves (peeled and crushed)
  • 1 cup coconut oil (or olive oil)
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon black seed oil (for enhanced effect)

Instructions

  1. Heat the Oil:
    In a small pan, heat 1 cup of coconut oil over low heat.
  2. Add Cloves & Garlic:
    Add the whole cloves and crushed garlic to the warm oil. Let them sizzle gently for 5–7 minutes. Do not let the garlic burn; just let it infuse.
  3. Cool & Strain:
    Once aromatic and slightly golden, remove from heat. Let it cool. Strain the oil using a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a clean jar or bottle.
  4. Massage into Scalp:
    Apply the oil to your scalp and hair roots. Massage gently for 5–10 minutes. Leave it on for at least 1 hour (or overnight for better results).
  5. Rinse Out:
    Wash your hair with a mild shampoo. Use 2–3 times per week.
