INGREDENT
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup candied fruit (chopped) or candied nuts
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Prepare the pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang for easy removal.
- Melt chocolate – In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
- Flavor it – Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Add topping – Fold in half of the chopped candied fruit or nuts, reserving the rest for decoration.
- Pour & spread – Transfer mixture to prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle remaining candied fruit/nuts evenly over the surface, gently pressing them in.
- Chill – Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
- Cut & serve – Lift fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into small squares, and enjoy.
Tip: For a festive touch, use red and green candied cherries during the holidays.
If you want, I can also give you a no-cook microwave version so it’s even quicker to make.
