White Chocolate Fudge with Candied Topping

INGREDENT

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • ½ cup candied fruit (chopped) or candied nuts
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pan – Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra overhang for easy removal.
  2. Melt chocolate – In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until smooth and melted.
  3. Flavor it – Remove from heat, stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  4. Add topping – Fold in half of the chopped candied fruit or nuts, reserving the rest for decoration.
  5. Pour & spread – Transfer mixture to prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle remaining candied fruit/nuts evenly over the surface, gently pressing them in.
  6. Chill – Refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or until firm.
  7. Cut & serve – Lift fudge out using the parchment overhang, cut into small squares, and enjoy.

Tip: For a festive touch, use red and green candied cherries during the holidays.

If you want, I can also give you a no-cook microwave version so it’s even quicker to make.
