Ingredients
- 3 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or sprinkles
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- If using mix-ins like nuts or cranberries, fold them in now.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Let cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours, then refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours).
- Once set, cut into small squares and enjoy!
