Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, dried cranberries, or sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper or foil. Lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Stir continuously until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
  5. If using mix-ins like nuts or cranberries, fold them in now.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  7. Let cool at room temperature for 1–2 hours, then refrigerate until firm (at least 2 hours).
  8. Once set, cut into small squares and enjoy!

Let me know if you’d like a flavored version (peppermint, strawberry, etc.)!
