Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
- Cooking spray or butter (for greasing)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a mini muffin tray.
- Separate cinnamon rolls and cut each into 4 small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla.
- Toss cinnamon roll pieces in the mixture until well coated.
- Place 3–4 pieces into each muffin cup.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, then drizzle with the icing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
