INGREDIENTS:
- 1–2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar (with “mother”)
- 1 glass warm water
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
- Cotton pad (for skin use)
- 1 tablespoon rose water (optional, for skin toner)
INSTRUCTIONS:
For Drinking (Internal Use):
- Add 1–2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water.
- Mix well and add honey if desired.
- Drink once daily, preferably in the morning before meals.
For Skin (Topical Use):
- Mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and water (or rose water).
- Dip a cotton pad into the mixture.
- Gently apply to clean face like a toner.
- Leave on for a few minutes, then rinse if you have sensitive skin.
