This simple homemade cream helps hydrate dry skin, smooth rough texture, and give a natural glow. Vaseline deeply moisturizes and protects the skin barrier, while cornstarch gently absorbs excess oil and makes the skin feel silky. Regular use can make your skin look refreshed, smooth, and well-nourished.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Vaseline (petroleum jelly)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ½ teaspoon rose water or aloe vera gel (optional, for soothing effect)
Instructions
- Take a clean bowl and add Vaseline. Warm it slightly by placing the bowl in hot water for a few seconds to soften it.
- Add cornstarch and mix until it forms a creamy paste. If it feels too thick, add a few drops of rose water or aloe vera gel.
- Apply the mixture evenly to your face, neck, hands, or any dry area. Leave it on for 15–20 minutes.
- Wipe off gently with a soft cloth or rinse with lukewarm water, then pat dry.
