Instructions
- Prepare the Castor Oil Pack:
Pour a generous amount of castor oil onto the clean cotton cloth or gauze until it’s saturated but not dripping. - Apply to the Joint:
Place the oil-soaked cloth over the affected joint (such as knee, elbow, or shoulder). - Wrap and Cover:
For less mess, cover the cloth with plastic wrap to keep the oil in place. - Add Gentle Heat (Optional):
Place a heating pad or hot water bottle over the wrapped area for 30–45 minutes to help the oil penetrate deeper into the skin and joints. - Leave Overnight:
If comfortable, you can secure the pack and leave it on overnight for maximum benefit. Otherwise, remove after 1 hour. - Clean Up:
Remove the pack and gently wipe off any remaining oil with a warm, damp cloth. Store the cloth in a sealed bag to reuse up to 5 times (add more oil as needed). - Repeat:
