Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh coriander
- 1 liter of water
- 1 teaspoon of honey (optional)
Instructions
- Wash the coriander: Thoroughly wash the coriander under running water to remove any dirt or pesticides.
- Boil the water: Bring the liter of water to a boil in a pot.
- Add coriander: Once the water is boiling, add the entire bunch of fresh coriander to the pot.
- Simmer: Reduce the heat and let the mixture simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain: Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool slightly. Strain the liquid to remove the coriander leaves.
- Sweeten (optional): If desired, add a teaspoon of honey to the strained liquid for a sweeter taste.
- Consume: Drink the coriander infusion daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.1
