Ingredients
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup green grapes, halved
- 1 cup red grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 banana, sliced
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1/4 cup orange juice (or pineapple juice)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the prepared fruit: strawberries, blueberries, grapes, kiwis, banana, apple, and orange.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the orange juice and honey (if using).
- Pour the juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to combine, making sure the fruit is well-coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve cold.
