- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a small cup or bowl, mix the honey, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Stir well until fully combined and smooth.
- Add the warm water and stir again.
- Take two spoonfuls first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Store any leftover in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Shake or stir before each use.
