Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or blender, combine the honey, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
- Mix well until the ingredients are fully incorporated and form a smooth, golden paste.
- Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar with a lid and store it in the refrigerator.
- Dosage: Take two teaspoons every morning on an empty stomach for best results. Stir before each use.
