Ingredients
- 1 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1/2 cup ginger juice (freshly grated and strained)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1/4 cup turmeric powder or 2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper (enhances absorption of turmeric)
- Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper (for metabolism boost)
Instructions
- In a clean bowl, combine the lemon juice, ginger juice, and apple cider vinegar.
- Add turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir well until fully blended.
- Slowly add honey while stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and well incorporated.
- Pour the mixture into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- To Use: Take 1 tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach and another before bedtime.
