Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw honey
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 cup ginger juice (freshly grated and strained)
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
  • 1/4 cup turmeric powder or 2 tbsp fresh grated turmeric
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper (enhances absorption of turmeric)
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne pepper (for metabolism boost)

Instructions

  1. In a clean bowl, combine the lemon juice, ginger juice, and apple cider vinegar.
  2. Add turmeric, cinnamon, and black pepper. Stir well until fully blended.
  3. Slowly add honey while stirring continuously until the mixture becomes smooth and well incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
  5. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
  6. To Use: Take 1 tablespoon in the morning on an empty stomach and another before bedtime.
