Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon flaxseeds (ground)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (preferably raw)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a glass, mix the warm water with turmeric powder and stir well until dissolved.
- Add in chia seeds and ground flaxseeds. Stir and let sit for 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to swell.
- Mix in honey and fresh lemon juice.
- Stir everything well and consume immediately.
How to Use:
Take two tablespoons of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach. Store the rest in a covered jar in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
