Instructions
- In a cup or small bowl, combine chia seeds and flaxseeds with warm water. Let sit for 10 minutes to allow the chia to swell.
- Add honey, apple cider vinegar, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir well until fully mixed.
- Consume two tablespoons of this mixture every morning on an empty stomach.
- Store any leftover in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir well before each use.
