Ingredients
- 1 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp ginger powder (or freshly grated ginger)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper (helps with absorption of turmeric)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil or flaxseed oil
Optional additions:
- 1 tbsp ashwagandha powder (for mood and nerve health)
- 1 tbsp ground chia seeds (for omega-3s and joint support)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or large jar, combine all ingredients.
- Stir or shake well until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
- Store in an airtight glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- Take 1–2 tablespoons every morning on an empty stomach.
- You can also mix it into warm water or tea if the taste is too strong.
