Ingredients
- 1 cup raw honey
- 1/2 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger powder (or 2 tbsp freshly grated)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
- Optional: a pinch of black pepper (helps absorption of turmeric)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl or jar, combine the lemon juice and apple cider vinegar.
- Add in the turmeric, ginger, and cinnamon powders. Stir well until completely dissolved.
- Gradually mix in the raw honey until everything forms a smooth, thick syrup.
- Store the mixture in a clean glass jar with a lid and refrigerate.
- Dosage: Take 2 teaspoons each morning on an empty stomach. You can take it directly or mix into warm (not hot) water or herbal tea.
