Instructions
- In a small bowl or glass, combine the ground flaxseeds, chia seeds, and turmeric powder.
- Add the raw honey and apple cider vinegar.
- Squeeze in the juice of one fresh lemon.
- Pour in the warm (not hot) water and stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes to allow the chia and flax to swell slightly.
- Consume 2 tablespoons of this mixture each morning on an empty stomach.
