- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Juice of ½ lemon
- A pinch of black pepper (to boost turmeric absorption)
- ½ cup warm water (not hot!)
Instructions
- In a small cup or bowl, mix the turmeric powder, black pepper, flaxseed, and lemon juice together.
- Add the honey and apple cider vinegar.
- Pour in the warm water and stir everything until well combined.
- Let it sit for 2–3 minutes to allow the flax to slightly thicken.
- Take two spoonfuls of the mixture every morning on an empty stomach.
