Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons flaxseed (ground)
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 tablespoon honey (preferably raw)
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a small bowl or cup, mix the ground flaxseed, chia seeds, turmeric, cinnamon, and honey.
- Add the lemon juice and warm water. Stir well until combined.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes so the chia seeds swell and the ingredients blend.
- Stir again and consume it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
