Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (with the mother)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a glass, mix the warm water with lemon juice.
- Stir in the apple cider vinegar and turmeric powder.
- Add chia seeds and flaxseed, then stir well. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Add raw honey if using, stir again.
- Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
