Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until well incorporated.
- Add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly to create a thick paste or syrup-like consistency.
- (Optional) Stir in flaxseed/chia seeds and/or coconut oil if using.
- Pour the mixture into a clean glass jar with a lid.
- Store in the refrigerator. It should keep for up to 2 weeks.
