Instructions

  1. Prep the Ingredients:
    Peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes. If using an onion, chop it finely.
  2. Cook the Potatoes:
    Heat the oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    Add the diced potatoes (and onion if using) to the pan.
