Ingredients
- 200 ml of water
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon raw honey
- A pinch of black pepper
- Juice of half a lemon
Instructions
- Heat the water until it’s warm but not boiling.
- Add the turmeric and stir well until fully dissolved.
- Mix in the honey and black pepper.
- Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and stir again.
- Drink warm, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
