Turmeric Lemon Honey Detox Drink

Ingredients

  • 200 ml of water
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon raw honey
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • Juice of half a lemon

Instructions

  1. Heat the water until it’s warm but not boiling.
  2. Add the turmeric and stir well until fully dissolved.
  3. Mix in the honey and black pepper.
  4. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and stir again.
  5. Drink warm, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
