Ingredients
- 5 bitter kolas, grated
- 5 slices of garlic, grated or finely chopped
- A piece of ginger (about 2 inches), grated
- 1 liter of water
- Honey (optional, to taste)
Preparation Instructions:
- Grate the bitter kola, garlic, and ginger.
- Place all the grated ingredients into a large container.
- Pour 1 liter of water into the container and stir well.
- Cover and let it steep for at least 2 hours (or overnight) in the refrigerator.
- Strain the mixture to remove solids before drinking.
- Add honey if desired for sweetness.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
