INGREDIENTS
- 2 pieces of Bitter Kola (peeled)
- 3 cloves of Garlic (peeled)
- 1 thumb-sized piece of Ginger (peeled)
- 1 tablespoon of Honey (optional, for taste)
- 1 cup of Warm Water (for blending or steeping)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Prep the ingredients:
Peel and clean the bitter kola, garlic, and ginger. - Blend Method (Quick Use):
- Chop all the ingredients into smaller pieces.
- Blend bitter kola, garlic, and ginger with warm water until smooth.
- Strain the mixture if desired.
- Add honey (optional) and stir well.
- Drink once a day, preferably in the morning.
- Steep Method (Tea Style):
- Grate or crush the bitter kola, garlic, and ginger.
- Place in a cup and pour hot water over it.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain, add honey (optional), and sip slowly.
