INGREDIENTS

  • 1 thumb-sized piece of Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tablespoon of Honey (optional, for taste)
  • 1 cup of Warm Water (for blending or steeping)

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Prep the ingredients:
    Peel and clean the bitter kola, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Blend Method (Quick Use):
    • Chop all the ingredients into smaller pieces.
    • Blend bitter kola, garlic, and ginger with warm water until smooth.
    • Strain the mixture if desired.
    • Add honey (optional) and stir well.
    • Drink once a day, preferably in the morning.
  3. Steep Method (Tea Style):
    • Grate or crush the bitter kola, garlic, and ginger.
    • Place in a cup and pour hot water over it.
