- 2 tablespoons cornstarch (for extra crispiness)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)

Instructions
- Pat the chicken dry and season both sides with salt and pepper. Lightly coat with cornstarch.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Stir and let the sauce bubble for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and spoon the sauce over it, turning to coat well.
- Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
- Serve hot with rice or steamed veggies!
