Instructions
- Wash the cucumber, lemon, and mint leaves thoroughly.
- Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin rounds.
- In a large pitcher, add the cucumber slices, lemon slices, grated ginger, and mint leaves.
- Pour the filtered water over the ingredients and stir gently.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Drink throughout the day. Refill with water as needed for up to 24 hours, then make a fresh batch.
