- 1 medium watermelon (halved and scooped for the shell)

- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Watermelon Shell:
Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the watermelon flesh using a melon baller or spoon. Set the rind aside to use as a serving bowl. - Assemble the Fruit Medley:
In a large bowl, combine the balled watermelon, cantaloupe, honeydew, pineapple, mango, strawberries, and blueberries. - Add Citrus Glaze (optional):
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice and honey. Drizzle over the fruit mixture and gently toss to coat. - Serve in Style:
Spoon the fruit mixture back into the hollowed watermelon shell. - Garnish and Chill:
Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
