🧴 INGREDIENTS
For Chia Seed Gel:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 cup water
For Flaxseed Cream:
- 2 tablespoons whole flaxseeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon aloe vera gel (optional, for soothing)
- 1 teaspoon vitamin E oil or 1 vitamin E capsule (optional)
- A few drops of essential oil (lavender or tea tree, optional)

🔹 Chia Seed Gel:
- Add chia seeds to a cup of water.
- Stir well and let it sit for 30–45 minutes until it forms a thick gel.
- Store in a clean jar. It can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
🔸 Flaxseed Cream:
- In a small saucepan, combine flaxseeds and water.
- Bring to a boil and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally until it turns thick and gel-like.
- Strain immediately using a fine mesh strainer or clean cloth (while hot) into a bowl.
- Let it cool, then mix in aloe vera, vitamin E oil, and essential oil if using.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
💆♀️ HOW TO USE:
- Clean your face thoroughly.
- Apply chia gel as a tightening mask for 10–15 minutes, then rinse with lukewarm water.
- Apply flaxseed cream as a moisturizer before bed.
- Use 3–4 times a week for best results.
