Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt (or milk for sensitive skin)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- A few drops of lemon juice (optional, for brightening)
- Warm water (as needed)
Instructions
- Activate the Yeast
In a small bowl, dissolve the yeast in 1–2 tablespoons of warm water. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until it becomes frothy. This means the yeast is active. - Mix the Mask
Add the yogurt (or milk), honey, and lemon juice (if using) to the activated yeast. Stir well until the mixture becomes a smooth, spreadable paste. - Apply to Face
Clean your face thoroughly. Then, apply the mask evenly, avoiding the eye and lip areas. - Let It Work
Leave the mask on for 15–20 minutes. You may feel a slight tightening effect as it dries – that’s normal! - Rinse Off
Rinse with warm water and gently pat your skin dry with a soft towel. - Moisturize
Follow up with your favorite moisturizer to lock in hydration.
