Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work great)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized chunks or wedges.
- Soak the potatoes in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry with a towel.
- In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside your main dish.
