This Week’s Roast Potatoes in My Air Fryer


Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work great)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon dried rosemary (optional)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized chunks or wedges.
  2. Soak the potatoes in cold water for 20–30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat dry with a towel.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (195°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  5. Add the potatoes to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 18–22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside your main dish.
