Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and chopped onion. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.
- Add the spinach in batches, stirring gently until wilted. This should take about 3–5 minutes.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Once fully cooked and tender, turn off the heat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with lemon juice.
- Serve warm as a side dish or a light main course.
