Instructions
- Rinse the Phyllanthus urinaria leaves and stems thoroughly under running water to remove any dirt or debris.
- Boil 2 cups of water in a small pot.
- Add the cleaned plant parts to the boiling water.
- Simmer for about 10–15 minutes on low heat until the water turns greenish and fragrant.
- Strain the tea into a cup. Discard the boiled plant material.
- Optional: Add honey for a milder taste.
- Drink warm, once daily. It’s best taken in the morning or before bedtime.
