Ingredients
- 2–3 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional)
- Cotton ball or clean gauze
- Bandage or medical tape
Instructions
- Prepare the garlic: Peel the garlic cloves and crush them to release the juice.
- Apply: Place the crushed garlic directly on the affected nail area. For extra potency, you can mix the crushed garlic with olive oil to make a paste.
- Cover: Place a cotton ball or gauze over the garlic and secure it with a bandage or medical tape.
- Leave on: Keep it on for about 30 minutes to 1 hour, then wash the area thoroughly with warm water and dry completely.
- Repeat: Do this once daily until you see improvement — usually within a few days to a couple of weeks.
✅ Tip: Always test on a small area first to make sure your skin doesn’t react badly to raw garlic — it can be strong!
