INGREDENT
- 3–4 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or coconut oil (optional, for dilution)
- Cotton balls or clean gauze
- Bandage or medical tape
Instructions
- Peel and crush the garlic cloves to release the active compound (allicin). Let them sit for 10 minutes for maximum potency.
- Apply the crushed garlic directly onto the affected nail or mix it with olive/coconut oil for easier application and reduced irritation.
- Cover with a cotton ball or gauze and secure with a bandage or tape.
- Leave on for 30–45 minutes. Do not leave overnight, as garlic can irritate the skin.
- Rinse thoroughly with warm water and dry the area completely.
- Repeat daily for 2–3 weeks or until the fungus is gone.
Note: Stop use if skin irritation occurs. Always test on a small area first and consult a dermatologist for severe infections.
