Ingredients
- 3-4 fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for skin soothing)
- Cotton balls or clean cloth
- Warm water (for soaking)
Instructions
- Prepare the Garlic: Peel and crush the garlic cloves to release their juice. You can also finely chop or mash them.
- Apply Garlic: Apply the crushed garlic directly onto the affected nail area. If the garlic is too strong on your skin, mix it with olive oil to reduce irritation.
- Cover and Leave: Place a cotton ball or clean cloth over the garlic on your nail and secure it with medical tape or a bandage.
- Wait: Leave the garlic on the nail for about 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Rinse: After removal, rinse the area with warm water and dry thoroughly.
- Repeat: Do this treatment daily until you see improvement, usually within a week or two.
