- 1 tablespoon castor oil (cold-pressed, organic preferred)

Instructions
- Mix the Paste
In a small bowl, combine castor oil and baking soda. Stir until a thick paste forms. - Apply to Affected Area
Gently massage the paste onto the area of concern (such as sore joints, skin irritations, bruises, or swelling). - Cover (Optional)
For deeper absorption, cover the area with a cotton cloth or gauze and leave it on for 20–30 minutes. You can also secure it with a bandage. - Repeat
