Ingredients
- 1 large fresh aloe vera leaf (or about 4–5 tablespoons of aloe vera gel)
- 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon)
- Juice of ½ a lemon (optional, for extra antibacterial boost)
- 1 cup of warm water or herbal tea (optional, for dilution)
Instructions
1️⃣ Prepare the Aloe Vera:
- Cut the aloe vera leaf, wash it, and carefully scoop out the clear gel.
- Avoid using the yellowish part (latex), which can irritate your stomach.
2️⃣ Combine with Cinnamon:
- Place the fresh aloe vera gel in a clean jar or glass.
- Add the cinnamon stick (or stir in ground cinnamon).
- Let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the cinnamon infuses.
3️⃣ Add Lemon (Optional):
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice for an extra antimicrobial boost.
4️⃣ How to Use:
- Internal: Take 1–2 tablespoons daily — you can dilute it in warm water or herbal tea.
- External: Apply directly to clean skin for fungal infections, acne, or minor wounds.
✅ Benefits
- Aloe vera: Natural antibacterial, antifungal, soothes skin & digestion.
- Cinnamon: Powerful antimicrobial & anti-inflammatory.
- Lemon: Extra vitamin C & antibacterial properties.
Note: Always do a patch test for skin use. For internal use, consult a doctor if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
