This Aloe Vera Recipe Is 150 Times Stronger Than Garlic, Lemon, and Antibiotics

Ingredients

  • 1 large fresh aloe vera leaf (or about 4–5 tablespoons of aloe vera gel)
  • 1 cinnamon stick (or ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon)
  • Juice of ½ a lemon (optional, for extra antibacterial boost)
  • 1 cup of warm water or herbal tea (optional, for dilution)

Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Aloe Vera:

  • Cut the aloe vera leaf, wash it, and carefully scoop out the clear gel.
  • Avoid using the yellowish part (latex), which can irritate your stomach.

2️⃣ Combine with Cinnamon:

  • Place the fresh aloe vera gel in a clean jar or glass.
  • Add the cinnamon stick (or stir in ground cinnamon).
  • Let it sit for 10–15 minutes so the cinnamon infuses.

3️⃣ Add Lemon (Optional):

  • Squeeze in fresh lemon juice for an extra antimicrobial boost.

4️⃣ How to Use:

  • Internal: Take 1–2 tablespoons daily — you can dilute it in warm water or herbal tea.
  • External: Apply directly to clean skin for fungal infections, acne, or minor wounds.

Benefits

  • Aloe vera: Natural antibacterial, antifungal, soothes skin & digestion.
  • Cinnamon: Powerful antimicrobial & anti-inflammatory.
  • Lemon: Extra vitamin C & antibacterial properties.

Note: Always do a patch test for skin use. For internal use, consult a doctor if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
