Think lemons are just for lemonade? Think again!

Ingredients

  • 2 large lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 5–6 whole cloves
  • 1 cup hot water (optional, for faster infusion)
  • A clean spray bottle

Instructions

  1. Prep the lemons: Zest the lemons and squeeze out the juice. Place the zest, juice, and squeezed peels in a large jar or bowl.
  2. Add vinegar & cloves: Pour the white vinegar over the lemon mixture. Add the whole cloves.
  3. Dissolve the salt: Stir in the salt until it dissolves. (Optional: Add 1 cup of hot water to help infuse the oils faster.)
  4. Infuse: Cover the jar and let the mixture sit for at least 24 hours — up to a week for a stronger scent.
  5. Strain: Strain the liquid into a clean bowl, removing peels, zest, and cloves.
  6. Bottle it: Pour the infused cleaner into a spray bottle.
  7. Use: Spray on countertops, stovetops, sinks, or greasy surfaces. Wipe clean with a cloth — enjoy the fresh citrus scent!

Tip: Store extra cleaner in a sealed jar in a cool place. Shake before each use.
