These Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef are a family favorite at our house! They’re super easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends. Everyone loves them, and they disappear fast!


Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 6–8 flour tortillas
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 tomato (chopped)
  • ½ cup lettuce (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp yogurt or sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Break it apart while cooking.
  4. Add salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Mix well.
  5. Cook for 5–7 minutes until beef is fully cooked and flavorful.
  6. Warm tortillas on a pan or microwave for a few seconds.
  7. Spread a little mayonnaise and ketchup on each tortilla (optional).
  8. Add cooked beef mixture in the center.
  9. Top with cheese, tomato, and lettuce.
  10. Drizzle yogurt or sour cream if using.
  11. Roll tightly into wraps.
  12. Serve warm and enjoy!
