These Tortilla Wraps with Ground Beef are a family favorite at our house! They’re super easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights or cozy weekends. Everyone loves them, and they disappear fast!
Ingredients
- 500g ground beef
- 6–8 flour tortillas
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 tomato (chopped)
- ½ cup lettuce (shredded)
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp yogurt or sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned. Break it apart while cooking.
- Add salt, pepper, paprika, and chili flakes. Mix well.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes until beef is fully cooked and flavorful.
- Warm tortillas on a pan or microwave for a few seconds.
- Spread a little mayonnaise and ketchup on each tortilla (optional).
- Add cooked beef mixture in the center.
- Top with cheese, tomato, and lettuce.
- Drizzle yogurt or sour cream if using.
- Roll tightly into wraps.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
