Ingredients
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- 1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional – walnuts or pecans work well)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined.
- Press the crumb mixture evenly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
- Layer the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, coconut, and nuts (if using) over the top.
- Gently press the layers down with a spatula.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is lightly golden and bubbly.
- Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
