Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 small garlic clove (peeled)
- A few drops of water or lemon juice (optional for paste consistency)
Instructions
- Crush the garlic clove into a fine paste using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon.
- In a small bowl, mix the crushed garlic with the baking soda.
- Add a few drops of water (or lemon juice) to form a spreadable paste.
- Using a soft toothbrush, gently brush your teeth with the mixture for no more than 2 minutes.
- Rinse thoroughly with water.
- Brush again with regular toothpaste to remove the garlic smell and residue.
