Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh aloe vera gel (from the leaf)
- 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
- 3-5 cloves
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for taste)
- Juice of 1 lemon (optional)
Instructions
- Blend the fresh aloe vera gel with 1 cup of water until smooth.
- In a small pot, bring the remaining 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add the ginger slices and cloves, then simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Strain the ginger-clove infusion and let it cool slightly.
- Mix it with the blended aloe vera.
- Add honey and lemon juice if desired.
- Drink warm or chilled for a refreshing health boost.
