INGREDIENTS:
- 1 ripe soursop
- 1–2 inches fresh turmeric root (or 1 tsp turmeric powder)
- 1 tablespoon dried hibiscus petals
- 2–3 cups water (or coconut water)

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Prepare the Hibiscus Tea
- Boil 1 cup of water
- Add hibiscus petals
- Let it steep for 10–15 minutes
- Strain and allow it to cool

- Peel the soursop
- Remove all seeds
- Scoop out the white pulp
