INGREDIENTS
- 1 tsp dried Angelica sinensis root (dong quai)
- 1 cup water
(Optional additions for tea): - 1 slice fresh ginger
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp lemon juice
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring 1 cup of water to a boil.
- Add the dried dong quai root (and ginger if using).
- Simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup.
- Add honey and lemon to taste (optional).
- Drink once daily, not exceeding 1 cup unless advised by a healthcare provider.
