Instructions
- Prepare Ginseng Tea:
- Place the dried ginseng root or powder into a cup.
- Pour hot water (about 90°C or 195°F) over the ginseng.
- Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain and Serve:
- If using sliced root, strain before drinking.
- Add honey and lemon if desired for taste.
- Consume:
- Drink 1 cup daily, preferably in the morning for energy.
