Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon dried ginseng root (or 1 ginseng tea bag)
- 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
- Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or lemon slice (for flavor)
Instructions
- Prepare the ginseng: If using dried root, slice it thinly. If using a tea bag, skip this step.
- Heat the water: Bring water to a near-boil, then let it cool for about 1 minute.
- Steep: Add the ginseng to the cup and pour hot water over it. Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
- Strain & serve: Remove the ginseng or tea bag. Add honey or lemon if desired. Drink warm.
- Use: You may enjoy 1–2 cups per day as part of your wellness routine.
