Ingredients

- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- Wash the aloe vera leaves thoroughly. Cut and scoop out the gel.
- In a blender, add aloe vera gel, carrot juice, ginger, lemon juice, honey, and water.
- Blend on high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and drink immediately for best results.
- Consume once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
