The Oil that Removes Uric Acid, Soothes Anxiety, Eases Arthritis & Curbs Cravings

Ingredients

  • ½ cup whole black peppercorns (fresh, uncrushed)
  • 1 cup cold-pressed olive oil (or sesame oil)
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (optional, for extra soothing aroma)
  • 1 small glass jar or bottle with tight lid

Instructions

  1. Lightly bruise the peppercorns with the back of a spoon to release their oils.
  2. Place peppercorns (and rosemary if using) in a clean, dry glass jar.
  3. Pour the oil over the peppercorns until completely covered.
  4. Seal the jar and store it in a cool, dark place for 7–10 days, shaking gently once a day.
  5. After the infusion period, strain the oil through a fine mesh or cheesecloth into a clean bottle.
  6. Label the bottle and store in a cool, dark place.

Use: A few drops can be massaged into joints or temples for its warming, soothing aroma, or added sparingly to food as a seasoning oil.
