INGREDIENTS
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin, cold-pressed)
- 3–5 drops organic black seed oil (Nigella sativa)
- Optional: 1 drop peppermint essential oil (for cravings & calm)
- Optional: 1 drop lavender essential oil (for anxiety support)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small glass or spoon, combine the olive oil with black seed oil.
- If using, add a drop each of peppermint and/or lavender essential oils.
- Stir well.
- Take this mixture once daily, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
- Continue for up to 2 weeks, then take a short break before repeating.
