Ingredients
- 1 cup of olive oil (extra virgin)
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons of ginger powder or freshly grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey (optional, for taste)
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: If using fresh ginger, peel and grate it. Measure out all the ingredients before starting.
- Mix the Oils and Powders: In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, turmeric powder, ginger powder (or freshly grated ginger), and cinnamon powder. Stir well to create a smooth, blended mixture.
- Add Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey: Add the apple cider vinegar to the mixture and stir. If desired, add honey to sweeten the oil slightly. Honey may also provide additional anti-inflammatory benefits.
- Store in a Dark Bottle: Transfer the mixture to a dark glass bottle or jar to protect it from light. This helps preserve the properties of the ingredients.
- Let It Infuse: Allow the oil to sit in a cool, dark place for 1-2 days to let the flavors infuse.
- Usage: Take 1-2 teaspoons of the oil daily. You can take it directly or mix it into warm water or tea. It can be used as a daily supplement to help with arthritis, anxiety, cravings, and the removal of uric acid from the blood.
